King and Queen Elementary School
This is a Study of an existing elementary School in King and Queen County, VA, the goal of which is to identify options for renovation, partial reconstruction or total replacement. The original school was built in 1937 and has been expanded several times thereafter.
Bus Maintenance Facility
This project designs a replacement building to house Transportation Administration and Vehicle Maintenance for the Gloucester County Public Schools. The project was conceived by a Master Plan Study that our firm completed in 2018.
Social Services Department Expansion
This project designs additions to an existing building in Gloucester County, VA to expand and improve service to the County's citizens. The site is very constrained and results in two small additions - one in the front and the other in the rear. The project also includes alterations inside the original building.
